Finding accommodation             Apartments - Guest rooms                                                       For your short-term stay we offer you reasonable accommodation in central areas:                                 1. Apartments (holiday apartments)                           Completely furnished single- or 1-bedroom apartments with separate kitchen and bathroom All our apartments are equipped with a double bed. Sheets and towels are provided as well as a stove, tableware, pots and pans. Essential things such as TV and coffee machine are also included. ;-) Additional beds can be provided on request.                           Our apartments are situated exclusively in the Berliner “West City”, in the districts Wilmersdorf and Charlottenburg and therefore have an excellent connection to the public transportation system.                           The prices range from € 20 – 30 per person/night depending on the length of your stay, the size of the apartment and the number of persons. However, at least € 40,- plus our brokering fee (15%) will be charged.                                       2. Guest rooms                         Living with private individuals is a reasonable alternative for single persons.                           However, it is notable that in most cases the bathroom will be shared with the lodging person. Furthermore, the use of the kitchen is often not included!                         Our guest rooms are located in the central city districts of Berlin ranging from Charlottenburg to Kreuzberg (West - East) and from Mitte to Steglitz (North – South).                         The price will be around € 25,- per night plus 15% commission.                       Reservations of apartments/guest rooms can only be made by fax 030-8618272 or E-mail and require a previous consultation.
